Request for translation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies
English > French: Financial translation - in-house in Canary Wharf in London (UK)
We have urgent requirement for a English into French Translator with Financial experience. The requirement is unusual in that you would need to be able to work onsite at the client’s office at Canary Wharf in London to translate some highly sensitive financial material which cannot be sent out electronically.
It is very short notice, however please let me know if you would be interested in taking part in this project, in accordance with the requirements below:
Volume: 10,000- 12,000 words
Start date: Monday 12th September
Proposed Finish date: Friday 16th September (we would negotiate this depending on the expected rate of translation once translator has had chance to evaluate the source content)
If you are available and interested in taking part in this project, please could you give me a brief outline of:
- Your experience in translation for Financial clients
- Your experience in dealing with highly sensitive/classified material
- Any previous onsite translation projects you have completed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years full time translation experience
Translation into French Mother Tongue
Able to Travel into London on a Daily Basis for the duration of the assignment
