English > French: Corporate documentation, all in soft format, related to all areas of corporate activity - 400 documents

Dear Proponent,

We need a translation of a large number of documents. We expect to have roughly 400 documents 30 pages each. The deadline for the translation is by the end of November. All documents will be provided in their original format (MS Word). We would like to have the translation in the same format.

The prerequisite for your qualification is the familiarity with the corporate manuals and agreement to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with us. If any of these requirements can not be met, please do not bid.

Due to the large number of documents, we will have to assign more than one Supplier. Please advise how many pages would be realistic to complete by you/your firm within two months.

Based on the information received, we will select Proponents for the next step, To those selected, I will send a small sample document to translate. We will evaluate the samples to proceed further to the next step. Those who will be selected, will be asked to provide their information to be set up as Thales Suppliers. The Purchase Order will be our commitment to pay for the complete work. We will pay within 30 days after the work is accepted.

Please include in your quote a per word rate and the CVs of those who will be doing work.
