Medical, long-term collaboration

We are looking for qualified translators who work with Life Sciences and Medical material to join our network of certified linguists. We have a high volume of work available and are particularly interested in linguists able to accept work on a regular basis.

Interested parties please respond with your CV detailing your Life Science experience (fields of expertise etc.) and rate information in US dollars.

Applicants will be asked to take a short test translation and sign a confidentiality agreement.

We are currently looking for English into Flemish/French (Belgium) External Quality Managers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with language/translation/editing experience (teachers, recent grads, grad students, etc.) to earn extra money through freelance work.
We employ three steps in the translation of documents: translation, proofreading, and quality management. The last step is very important, as it is the last time a document is edited before it is sent to the client.

We require that candidates be native Flemish or French (Belgium) speakers with a College/University Degree and some editing experience.

Interested parties please respond by sending your resume/CV and hourly rate in US dollars. The test is two hours, timed, and consists of 3 sections: proofreading and document comparison in English, and editing a translated file.
