The GAB ROBINS’s office, appointed as representative by the Company AIG EUROPE, GPN’s TRC insurer, organized an initial on-site meeting.
During this meeting, CHEMOPROJEKT objected to the remedial solutions proposed by SPIE BATIGNOLLES NORD, BEMACO and its subsidiary BET GECIBAT (Annex to document no.69: BEMACO mail document 47).
In the meeting, it was confirmed by GPN that CHEMOPROJEKT was SOCOTEC’s only representative.
It was declared during a joint meeting of experts that SPIE BATIGNOLLES NORD, sub-contractor of CHEMOPROJEKT, was not accepted by GPN as would have normally been the case.
