1.(a) IF my wife XXX shall survive me by thirty days i appoint her to be the sole EXECUTRIX of my Will and I give all my estate of whatever kind and wheresoever situate to my said wife absolutely and without any sort of trust or obligation

ANY EXECUTOR OR TRUSTEE for the time being hereof who shall be an individual engaged in any profession or business either alone or in partnership may be employed by my Trustees and shall be entitled t charge and be paid free of capital transfer tax and in priority to all other dispositions under this my Will or any Codicil hereto all professional or other proper charges for business transacted time spent or acts done by him or by his firm in connection with the administration of my estate or the execution of the trust powers and provisions heretof including acts which an executor or trustee not engaged in any profession or business could have done personally and to retain commissions received in the normal course of business------------------------------4. IN the administration of my estate or my Trust Fund and the execution of my trusts and power thereof no trustee shall be liable for a breach of trust arising from a mistake or omission made by him in good faith--------------IN WITNESS whereof I have hereuto set my hand this nineteenth day of january one thousand and eighty-eight.
