My comment:

276,000,000 google hits for office trailer. I looked at Kinderman's source. As a native speaker (USA) we refer to these as "office trailers." I have never heard either "office hut" or "office cabin", though it appears that "office cabin" may indeed by the UK terminology.

this is the term used by a company selling and renting such cabins - you can change the language on this site to see how they describe it in German. "Building Hut" leads to other meanings when I googled for it.
