commercial business

My comment:

1. MC = maison de commerce = commercial business
and presumably not (?)
2. MC = maison centrale = établissement pénitentiaire [ex.: Central House From Arles/Maison Centrale D'Arles] = (juvenile ~, adult ~, closed ~) detention center
