Hola Marcela:
This seems to be a relative new post in corporations. The job description shows the responsibility to display and enforce the observance of determinate regulations or customs.

As you surely know "Senior" is just a way to name the post for experienced personnel as differentiated from beginners.

You can find some references in Yahoo and Google, pointing especially to School District organizations and the person who must see the compliance of regulations as in:
