My comment:

It should be "une situation qui m’achale"
This is what it means:
a situation which bothers me, a frustrating situation, a situation that flusters me, a situation that sucks
I would use the last one, as this is what a frustrated employee would say in such a survey.

I'm sure this is the best translation- but I think I am going to put 'a frustrating situation' in case 'it sucks!' appears too strong. A lot of the replies to this survey are misspelt- I would never have been able to de-code it by myself, so thanks again!
