Robert is right - L.c. stands for ferita lacero--contusa.

The standard EN translation is

"lacerated and contused wound"

Seems to make most sense to me searching the Internet.

Search for lacero-contusa in

www.circuitoaw.it/sicm/1_2002/pilato.pdf

and then see l.c. in the table, for example.
