My comment:

Je nach Bereich (Wurst, Käse, Sahne usw.) kommen diverse andere Begriffe in Frage: Homogenisierer, Foamer usw.
Daher sind Präzisionen erforderlich. Mischer ist allerdings recht allgemein und dürfte (fast) überall passen.

Herzlichen Dank. Der Begriff war allgemein verwendet worden, daher wird "Mischer" wohl passen.
