Cuspis ist der allegemeine anatomische Ausdruck.
Um ein deutsches Wort anzugeben, wäre es wichtig, den medizinischen Bereich zu kennen.
Geht es vielleicht um Zahnmedizin? Dann ist es der Zahnhöcker (Cuspis dentis).
Sollte es sich allerdings nicht um einen anatomischen Ausdruck handeln, sondern z. B. um ein EKG gehen, könnte vielleicht Zackenform o. ä. gemeint sein.
Ansonsten bitte mehr Kontext angeben
