Num Certificado de Casamento em Portugal, refere-se apenas a profissão. Neste caso, o facto da pessoa ser Director de Empresa Própria não tem relevância.

The word property is probably wrong, it should be proprietor. Also, in a marriage certificate what is asked is the profession (business owner or director) not the position (Director of property/ies)
