it depends if an order is placed yet or not. If not, it is "bidder and buyer", if yes it is "supplier and buyer "

My comment:

These are further possibilites, frequently met with in contract terminology. Or indeed a mixture of them, but the pairs I have offered are those which I have most often found used in combination.
