Votre référence est la plus proche de la traduction d'une brochure pour des étudiants étrangers. Pour être plus explicite, je mettrai "centre de ressources informationnelles, technologiques et de production" que j'ai trouvé dans un document officiel. C'est long, mais clair pour les futurs usagers.
