Multiple meanings, but often used in the context of "stuck-up" or proud. If meant in a derogatory or insulting manner, also: duSTavRSa.

However, context is VERY important in Sanskrit, so you must be careful that the tenor and tone of your meaning is indeed, what is carried by the word.
