Oh crap, you're right, I messed up. I should have written "normativas para efluentes globales". My only point was that because of the order in English, we don't know which , it's sort of ambiguous. Like "Business English Project" where "business" and "english" are obviously paired, unlike "widespread cancer research", where we could be talking about "widespread cancer" being researched or "widespread research on cancer". It would depend on the context, but looking at it again, I think you're probably right. Gee Ralph, no need to get snippy dude...
