My comment:

It stands for Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable. Generally it's translated just as Corporation or Inc. when it's translated at all. Leave as SA de CV as part of a proper name. If you want to make a distinction between SA de CV and just SA, you can use Variable Capital Corporation.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I decided to leave it as is because when I got to the last page of the document, everything on the page was in English, except for the name of the clinic (still was half Spanish, half English.
