CO (if both in capitals) would almost certainly refer to Carbon monoxide (Co would be cobalt).
Po could be 'per orem' i.e., orally.

One other possibility: Co-Po would be 'Coposcopocy' (see http://forums.obgyn.net/womens-health/WHF.0305/1491.html) but only if the two terms are hyphenated, and would also be in connection with women's health, not respiratory medicine, so that is admittedly not relevant.
