My comment:

this doesn’t make too much sense, EDF is a French company, why would they charge anyone who needs a translation into French? In English, recharge is not something done to an invoice, so I am guessing that you are translating back into French a French text badly translated into English.

this doesn’t make too much sense, EDF is a French company, why would they charge anyone who needs a translation into French? In English, recharge is not something done to an invoice, so I am guessing that you are translating back into French a French text badly translated into English.
