En français, on parle de chaises cannées - ou cannage (terme technique) - pour désigner l'opération d'entrecroisement de fines fibres de bois sur l'assise et/ou le dossier d'une chaise, d'un fauteil.

=> Il existe désormais des meubles de jardin cannés en fibres synthétiques, qui résistent aux intempéries et ont l'aspect du rotin

En formant un groupe nominal avec la traduction de Kunstfaser (tressage de "kunstfaser" ou Kunstfaser tressés) Je ne sais pas comment vous voulez traduire Kunstfaser.
