6 sigma principle

My comment:

While not a literal word for word translation, 6 sigma is the English equivalent. From Wikipedia: Six Sigma seeks to identify and remove the causes of defects and errors in manufacturing and business processes. It uses a set of quality management methods, including statistical methods, and creates a special infrastructure of people within the organization ("Black Belts" etc.) who are experts in these methods. Each Six Sigma project carried out within an organization follows a defined sequence of steps and has quantified financial targets (cost reduction or profit increase).

"3 heads are better than one" principle (six eyes see more ...)

My comment:

= my suggestion when it refers to the correction subject.

If it's about "confidential" I would prefer: between the 3 of us or in private

6-eye principle

My comment:

this means that 3 unconnected people must look at the same thing to check accuracy. I haven't heard 6-augen Prinzip, where I worked it was only 4-Augen Prinzip, meaning two people from different departments.
