This is a wild guess as the "sentence" is a bit nebulous as to its meaning. What I try to say (more descriptive translation may be needed) is that this may be a phrase used in a bid and the manufacturer says that he charges so and so much for a "function lamp installed on a prepared ground" ... ??? Any use to you?
