see reference below on "mount" - depending on the subject and audience of this text I would leave the word in English as it is a well-known computer term. Many English computer terms are left in English. If you feel you must give a German term I would use "deaktivieren" though the opposite of "einbinden" would be "ausbinden" but sounds a bit strange though it can be said as well.
