My comment:

Regarding the sense BEAD should mean FRAME here.
If GLASSCHEIBE is correct, it cannot be INTO but confirms my idea.
This needs to be clarified!

My comment:

These are Langenscheidt translations for "beading", which is probably what is meant here. However, I can imagine that Avril's "Glasleiste" may be as good or better, depending on context. Suggest you try Googling "beading" for more background.
