In diesem Fall Einkäufer von Ersatzteilen.

Ist wohl die beste Übersetzung, weil Profit-Center Verantwortliche Ersatzteilbeschaffung für kleinere Unternehmen wohl etwas übertrieben klingt.
Also eher die klassische "Einkäufer"-Funktion.
