Context:

Gx: glucemia en el tiempo X minutos de la sobrecarga oral de glucosa

Keywords:

Is there any exact acronym and a translation in ENGLISH

Gx: glycaemia at x minutes after oral glucose overload

My comment:

I think that Gx stays the same. Oral glucose overload is used to test blood sugar (glycaemia) levels. Glycaemia and glycemia are both acceptable, although the latter is U.S. spelling.
