It is a native tongue "galician" which is the name of a botanical garden located in pontavedra.
The literal translation could be something like this, which by the way has no sense ... it has to be used as a proper noun
"Centenary of the King thermal water cavalry."

Seems there's a mistype, "carballeira" instead of "caballería=cavalry" or "caballeriza=stable,haras". Or it could be an ancient form of the word. The context, describing the surroundings of a castle or palace, suggests the place where horses receive care and feeding.
