My comment:

An invention of Roger Vitrac in "Victor ou les enfants au pouvoir". Although the title of the play seems to have been translated to "Victor, or Power to the Children", I don't see any Internet evidence of the play having been thus far translated to English.

Thank you. I wasn't sure if it was an invention or not. The reason you find no evidence of the play having been translated into English is because I'm the first person to attempt it.
