My comment:

Coach (capital "C") is a brand name of moderately high-end purses, belts and accessories. From the rest of the context - if it's verbatim - I surmise they misspelled. Néanmoins: Whether "Coach purse" or "coach purse," sac à main is an appropriate translation. Good luck! The Word Counter

Sac à main Coach

My comment:

Coach is a brand name.
Some company would consider that a legitimate business expense. I my case, my employer always paid for my briefcase when I needed one.
