André Jean (a guest user) asked this question:

Language pair:

English > German

Subject:

Technical / Engineering

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

Service level agreement/performance agreement

Context:

Is "service level agreement" really equivalent to "Leistungsvereinbarungen"? (in BrE))

Keywords:

z.B. Diese Zielvereinbarungen dienen zur Erreichung der Leistungsvereinbarungen.

The answer of Rupert Kindermann  See profile was rated best

Dienstgütevereinbarung/Leistungsvertrag

My comment:

The first word is the same as the first suggestion - this is correct. Performance agreement is some sort of a "German" wording for Leistungsvertrag - you will find this as the 2nd possible translation at the link below - which is the SAME as Dienstgütevereinbarung - Two words - same meaning.
