My comment:

Ich glaube, keiner der Vorschäge ist richtig. Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, handelt es sich hier um ein sehr uriges Cottage.

Im Link ganz unten ist ein Verweis auf "wackelig" (allerdings im statistischen Sinne) - aber übertragen würde es auch Sinn machen.
