The English acronym is ICT . TCIH is a Spanish acronym for Terapia Convencional Intensificada/Inicial Horizonatal, as opposed to TCIV, where V stands for Vertical eg: terapia convencional inicial vertical (TCIV) e horizontal (TCIH).
