garantìa de cauciòn

My comment:

Es cuando alguno promite de comparecer y firma en garantìa.

My references:

OWN RECOGNIZANCE (ROR) - A person who promises to appear in court to answer criminal charges can sometimes be released from jail without having to pay bail. This person is said to be released on his or her own recognizance.

promesa de comparencia

My comment:

Altough you don't provide much context, it may be a signed promise to appear.

Emisión de bonos

My comment:

My comment:

This is a bond that a defendant signs, promising to appear. The signature is the only requirement; there is no payment unless the defendant fails to appear at the next court hearing. In my jurisdiction, such bonds are called "personal appearance bonds." In general, these bonds are used for defendants who have no criminal history, have strong ties to the community, and/or are charged with a very minor crime.

My references:

I learned this from working at our local jail when bonds are set.
