Only, change the word "shabad" to "shabd". The Hindi fonts keyed in by you are not visible to me - lets hope the asker is able to view them, though! :-)

In case these form a part of instructions for filling in some sort of questionnaire, it could be 'adhiktam pandrah shabdon mein'.
