Firm, non-negotiable and invariable price

My comment:

Ferme = fixed over a period of time.
Fixe = no adjustments will be made, no discount etc..
Forfaitaire = will not vary with time spent, charges incurred, etc..
It doesn't mean "lump sum" in this case.
