Ich nehme an, dass es sich um die Kraft der Explosion explosiver Materiale handelt und waehrend der (kraftvollen) Explosion ensteht kein Rauch.

Sollte es sich jedoch um einen Tippfehler handeln und im Text PowDer anstatt Power stehen, dann ist smokeless powDer = rauchloses Pulver.
