I "bagianen ch'a l'han piu bogia" dell' XXX di Torino al [a colleague on his departure]

Keywords:

ST dates from 1950. Quote appears to be in Piemontese dialect. NB 'bagianien' may be incorrect - difficulties transcribing 64-yr-old scrawl!
