Brenda Galvan (a guest user) asked this question:

Language pair:

English > Spanish

Subject:

Technical / Engineering

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

high roof slope

Context:

"The Supplemental Structure Verification Form is used for a discount offered exclusively by xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for homes with a high roof slope."

Does "high roof slope" mean "techo de inclinación/pendiente alta", "techo de inclinación/pendiente elevada", or "techo de inclinación/pendiente mayor"? Would you use "pendiente" or "inclinación"? Any suggestion? It's for the US Hispanic market. Thank you!

Keywords:

technical, construction, real estate

techo de inclinación elevada

My comment:

Según un diccionario de construcción (ver abajo). Además, se entiende perfectamente. Saludos!
