Malheureusement, c'est bien plus compliqué. "Meeting" ici veut dire "honorer". En bref, la compagnie a tenu sa promesse d'acheter une certaine quantité d'achtions au prorata...

J'ai traduit la phrase en collant à l'anglais et en lui donnant un certain aspect idiomatique en français... chose pas facile. J'espère que le lecteur comprendra !

(hh) “Diluted Shareholder” means, for purposes of Section 9.03, (i) upon any dilution arising from a Default, the Defaulting Shareholder, or (ii) in addition, XXX as the Defaulting Shareholder, if and when XXX has been diluted as a result of Inco meeting XXX’s pro rata share of any amounts called for under any Post-Start-Up Guarantee;
