bonsoir - j'ai trouvé cela sur un site de recherche néerlandais (ILSE) mais je ne puis absolument dire si c'est cela ou pas du tout ... trop peu de contexte!
Dans le cas positif je ne traduirais rien mais laisserais IFPR. Salut
