The follwoing website suggests that the rights conferred by the legislative model are "alienable:"
"Typische Individualrechtsgüter sind die durch die Grundrechte geschützten subjektiven Rechte: Menschenwürde, körperliche Unversehrtheit (Leib und Leben), Eigentum, aber auch Ehre, sexuelle Selbstbestimmung u.v.m. Rechtsgüter sind in der Regel "disponibel". Der Inhaber eines Rechtsguts kann nach seinem freien Willen über seine Rechtsgüter verfügen (jedoch nicht über die Menschenwürde und über das Leben)."
