Nous avons résolu ce problème grâce au verre superficiel moucheté qui remélange les couleurs

My comment:

A wider context would help for the translation of 'front'. It could be the first lay of a certain type of glass or a way differents types of glass are superposed. This is a small difference. The word 'dotted ' is very technical in this case.

My references:

...un verre de surface moucheté
...le verre du devant moucheté
