My comment:

Depende de para quién estés traduciendo, en España no usamos "cantor", en Latinoamérica no lo sé, aquí siempre usamos cantante para referirnos a 'singer'.
Favorito y preferido son sinónimos pero ésta es una pregunta digamos "hecha" y suena muchísimo mejor (como nativa que soy) favorito.
En cuanto a "cuál" o "quién", yo usaría cuál pero 'quién' no sería incorrecto.
Y "tu" o "su" pues depende de si se refiere a tú o a usted.

En México no usamos "cantor" tampoco. La palabra si existe según diccionarios, aunque no estoy seguro que se use de esta manera. Posiblemente en otro país.

In Spanish the word "cantor" doesn't exist! The words "preferido" and "favorito" are synonymous.
