s'appuyer sur, renforcer, capitaliser, etc.

My comment:

Le sens normal est "effet de levier", s'appuyer sur une petite partie pour en soulever une plus grande. On fait surtout cela en finances, mais ici, je pense plutôt à bénéficier d'un effet de renforcement, qq chose dans le genre. Faudrait la phrase complète
