छाती का दर्द (chaati ka dard)

My comment:

chaati actually means chest and the hindi translation means chest pain, which I think is close to the meaning of the source term.
herz would be translated as हृदय (hriday) or दिल (dil) and schmerz as पीड़ा (peeda) or दर्द (dard).

So you could also say:
हृदय की पीड़ा (hriday ki peeda)
or
दिल का दर्द (dil ka dard)
However the second could also be interpreted as "love", which is why I suggested chaati ka dard, instead of di ka dard.
