Non era nato per fondare e amministrare città, e tantomeno per gestire una massa tanto eterogenea e indisciplinata di persone.

Cercava di fare del suo meglio, man non riusciva a far valere la sua autorità. Quanto più se ne rendeva conto, tanto più il suo orgoglio si sfogava distribuendo punizioni sempre più dure.
