"Succès immédiat, succès instantané" sont de bonnes traductions.Il est plus correct d´écrire "Qu´est-ce que tu en penses ?" "t´en penses" est ce que les germanophones appellent la "Umgangssprache", mais on écrit toujours le pronom en entier
