I think this is the equivalent of a "package price" (but probably not "package deal" – "tout compris") where one item costs $X, a second item costs $Y, but if you buy them both together, you will pay $(X+Y-[consideration]).

in which case it would be "prix global" (or "contrat global" in the case of a contract).
