Pais favorecida would do, except perhaps for Spain. Also might substitute "calicativa" for "favorecida".

I found this expression as used in treaties granting to a nation in certain stipulated matters the same terms as are then or may thereafter be granted to any other nation. Therefore, I think that in this case the idea is the same but regarding credit terms.
